Human37 in Brussels is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to transform client customer data challenges into actionable insights. You will collaborate with Solution Architects and Data Engineers to deliver data-led initiatives for multiple European clients and help shape the MarTech stack.

You will be a proactive self-starter with strong analytical and communication skills, comfortable translating business context into technical specifications and tracking plans while working in a fast-paced startup

Qualifications

• Master’s degree (business, engineering, computer science) or equivalent.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in either business consulting, data or MarTech fields.
• Fluent in English - our clients span across Europe. Additional languages (NL, FR, ES, DE, ... ) are a plus
• Living in Belgium
• Strong interest in new (marketing) technologies and the digital industry
• Proactive and solution-driven: you are motivated by growing and evolving in a fast-paced start-up environment
• You are a team player but can work independently and autonomously
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong communication skills and an ability to break down complex information into relevant and digestible points for both colleagues and clients
• Knowledge / notions of web analytics tools, CDP’s, A/B testing, digital marketing or marketing technology in general

Responsabilités

• Guide clients through their Customer Data journey from collection, to unification, to insights and activation
• Translate clients’ business context & challenges into projects aimed at improving their overall customer experience
• Engage with clients on their business, MarTech and Customer Data challenges
• Engage in business-driven analyses to turn data into insights and recommendations
• Act as a lead on client and internal projects
• Turn functional requirements into technical specifications
• Develop and write tracking and data plans for MarTech solutions
• Deliver best-in-class implementations of a variety of MarTech solutions (product & web analytics, CDPs)
• Tackle complex challenges such as customer segmentation, churn and CLV
• Setup and maintain data pipelines (ETL)
• Setup and maintain (marketing) data warehouses
