ITProposal in Brussels, Belgium, is seeking a Senior Business Data Analyst to support AML initiatives and lead business analysis from ideation through delivery. You will manage requirements, analyze data, define solutions, and collaborate closely with business and technical stakeholders.The role requires 8-10 years of experience, strong data/BI, SQL, data modelling, testing, and reporting, plus Dutch and French proficiency and strong English. Contract position for 6 months with ASAP start.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of relevant experience.
• Strong Business Analysis and Data Analysis experience.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Knowledge of conceptual modelling techniques and methods.
• Understanding of IT testing.
• Strong stakeholder, project, and requirements-management skills.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies, backlog management, sprint planning, MVP approaches.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Dutch: Good proficiency.
• French: Good proficiency.
• English: Strong spoken and written proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Lead business analysis activities from ideation through delivery.
• Develop business cases and gather, manage, and maintain requirements with full traceability.
• Analyse existing data flows, user roles, and data usage.
• Identify data quality issues and define appropriate target solutions.
• Develop use cases in collaboration with Product Owners, Architects, and Subject Matter Experts.
• Support product, performance, and UAT testing.
• Contribute to data architecture and solution validation.
• Create and support reporting and dashboards.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Manage multiple stakeholders, requirements, and priorities throughout the project lifecycle.
