Introduction & Summary

We are seeking a Data Services Data Analyst with expertise in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) processes. The ideal candidate will leverage deep knowledge of KYC, AML, and Financial Security frameworks to develop data-centric solutions. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and hands‑on experience in managing data‑related projects.

Main Responsibilities

• Oversee the business analysis process from idea inception to execution.
• Conduct analysis and mapping of data flows and identify issues.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and SMEs to ensure requirements align with business goals.
• Translate business needs into test conditions for product testing.
• Support the design of data architecture and validation of solutions.
• Facilitate delivery through effective change management and report creation.

Key Requirements

• At least 4 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in SQL querying.
• Experience with conceptual modeling techniques.
• Good understanding of data concepts such as big data and business intelligence.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Deep knowledge of AML and KYC processes.

Other Details

This position offers a hybrid work model with an expectation of 50% onsite and 50% remote work. The role requires strong written and spoken communication skills in English, as well as good knowledge of Dutch and French. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience is required, along with relevant certifications.
