Datashift is seeking a Senior Strategy Consultant – Data & AI to lead engagements from strategy to implementation, shaping use cases, defining roadmaps and aligning stakeholders to deliver measurable value from data and AI.

You will collaborate with C-level and senior management, guide operating models and ways of working, and ensure execution aligns with business outcomes while growing the Strategy practice.

Formación

• Master’s degree in Business Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics or related field.
• 3–6 years of relevant experience, preferably in strategy consulting with exposure to Data, Analytics or AI projects.
• In-depth technical knowledge and/or coding experience welcome but not required.
• A track record of owning workstreams or leading client engagements, and the drive to run them end to end.
• Experience translating strategic recommendations into concrete roadmaps, initiatives or implementation programs.
• Fluent in English and Dutch or French.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Data & AI strategy engagements end to end, from framing the business challenge and defining strategic options to building the roadmap and driving implementation.
• Act as a trusted advisor to C-level and senior stakeholders, challenging their thinking and shaping their Data & AI agenda and organization.
• Design the operating models and ways of working that allow Data & AI organizations to deliver real value.
• Bridge strategy and delivery: work hand in hand with Datashift’s technical teams and steer execution on business outcomes.
• Lead and coach multidisciplinary teams, and help build our Strategy practice through presales, offering development and recruiting.
