oXya seeks a Senior Data & AI Engineer to join our Automation Team in delivering scalable AI solutions and production-ready data products. You will build platforms, design data pipelines, and integrate data governance with ML workflows.

Qualified candidates have 5+ years in Python or R, 3+ years with AI frameworks, and strong cloud/data platform experience; English fluency is required and French is a plus. Hybrid work with office options in Kortrijk or Loos is available.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent practical experience in data science, AI, or related field.
• 5+ years of Python or R development experience, including 3+ years with AI frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain).
• 3+ years building scalable data pipelines and AI/ML solutions.
• Hands-on experience with cloud data platforms, distributed processing and SQL/NoSQL databases.
• 3+ years with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines (MLOps).
• 3+ years with data observability, data quality, metadata management, and data lineage solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English (Written & Oral). Professional French.

Today, oXya continues to evolve as a future-focused technology partner, expanding its portfolio in cloud, automation, data, and AI services. You will join our Automation Team, a team of 10 colleagues using automation, data, and AI to support oXya's next generation of services and improve operational performance.

Your job

As a Senior Data & AI Engineer, you will:

• Build scalable data platforms and AI applications using machine learning, MLOps, and data engineering.
• Design and improve data pipelines and AI solutions, turning data into reliable, production-ready products.
