NVISO seeks a Technical Lead Manager (m/w/d) located in Austria to provide technical leadership across Cybersecurity Engineering (CEN), spanning capabilities across multiple solutions.

You will align technical leads, work with delivery leadership and solution experts, and drive standardization, service maturity and innovation. The role includes engagement in strategic customer projects as a senior trusted advisor.

Qualifications

• You hold citizenship in one of the NATO member states.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in cyber security with deep technical exposure.
• Strong experience in technical leadership, architecture, or senior consulting in complex customer environments.
• Broad understanding of cyber security services, architectures, and delivery models across multiple domains.
• Proven ability to align multiple technical stakeholders across teams and domains.
• Excellent communication skills in English and strong stakeholder management.
• Ability to translate business needs into pragmatic technical direction.

Responsabilités

• Act as the technical alignment lead across CEN, ensuring consistency and collaboration.
• Coach technical leads to align vision, service quality, and architectural direction.
• Drive standardization across products, methodologies, and delivery patterns.
• Identify improvement opportunities and strategic priorities for CEN services.
• Contribute to technical roadmaps and translate strategic objectives into initiatives.
• Serve as a senior technical authority for complex customer opportunities.
• Contribute to scoping, pre-sales, solution shaping, and architectural direction.
• Support teams in resolving cross-domain technical challenges.
• Strengthen knowledge sharing and cross-silo collaboration.
• Stay updated on market trends and translate into practical guidance.
