Sia is seeking a Senior Manager to join the Cybersecurity & AI Trust Business Unit in Brussels. You will drive business development, manage teams of Directors and Partners globally, and oversee client engagements across security frameworks, risk and governance programs.

You will support go-to-market efforts for C2R SaaS and guide internal initiatives while mentoring colleagues. Flexible work options include home, client sites, or Brussels office.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in engineering/computer science/statistics/econometrics
• 6-8 years of relevant consultancy experience in cybersecurity projects
• Strong interest in data and AI topics with ability to quickly build expertise
• Knowledge in Python, C++, Java, Ruby, Node, Go, and/or PowerShell
• Knowledge in IP networks, OS Unix/Linux/Windows/macOS, Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), Web Server, Middleware; blockchain knowledge a plus
• Fluent English and Dutch or French communication and presentation skills

Responsabilités

• Support Sia's growth by business development, management and content expert skills
• Develop, manage, deliver or support client offerings (e.g., NIST CSF, 800-53, etc.)
• Lead and manage projects and relationships with flagship/key accounts
• Advance sales efforts and lead internal corporate initiatives
• Mentor junior team members and guide internal initiatives
• Collaborate with engagement teams to deliver high-quality work products
