Job summary

Vector Synergy is seeking an experienced security specialist to support the deployment of infrastructure security solutions in Mons, Belgium.

The role focuses on maintaining system stability and performance after deployment through continuous monitoring, applying hardening configurations, and ensuring a strong security posture across hybrid environments.

Candidate must hold NATO Secret clearance; reference RFQ C004853 / Mons. Deadline for application: 01/10/2026.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the principles of computer and communication security, networking, and the vulnerabilities of modern operating systems and applications.
• Knowledge of and proven experience with linux OS, infrastructure as code and automation tools.
• Knowledge of security technologies and solutions specific to hybrid-cloud, Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) and On-Premise DMZ capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Supporting project implementation and the delivery of infrastructure security solutions.
• Ensuring stability and performance of deployed systems, services, and applications post ‑ implementation through continuous monitoring and timely issue resolution.
• Applying approved security configurations (hardening settings) and maintaining the security posture of infrastructure elements.
