Job summary

Lalamove in Belgium seeks an experienced Senior Network and Security Analyst/Lead to deploy, optimize, and maintain robust cybersecurity and network infrastructure across our enterprise environment. You will lead vulnerability management, strengthen defense and incident response capabilities, and ensure security systems mitigate risks.

You will drive enterprise risk assessments, remediation lifecycles, and governance for AI security while supporting ISMS improvements and PCI DSS compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT risk management, information security, or IT audit.
• Experience with risk registers and remediation lifecycles.
• Strong communication translating risks to management.

Responsibilities

• Risk Assessment & Tracking across IT infrastructure, cloud environments, and SDLC.
• Remediation coordination across teams with risk acceptance tracking.
• Reporting & visibility through risk dashboards and exec summaries.
• Emerging Tech Governance for AI security and compliant adoption.
• Audit & Compliance support and ISMS maintenance per ISO 27001; PCI DSS reviews.
