Lutosa, a Belgian leader in frozen foods, is seeking an IT Security Engineer to implement the cybersecurity policy across Belgium and international sites. You will manage security audits, develop and oversee a comprehensive security program, and lead protection of systems, networks and data against cyber threats.

You will work on security architecture, risk assessments, incident response and regulatory compliance, engaging with cross‑functional teams.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in cybersecurity, with risk management, threat intelligence and incident response.
• Solid knowledge of Endpoint Security, Microsoft administration and network security.
• Good understanding of information security compliance requirements and certifications (e.g. CISSP, CISM, CISA).
• Experience in security architecture and in-depth risk assessment is an asset.
• Recognised for communication, analytical and problem‑solving skills; able to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.
• Willing to work on average 4 days per week in Leuze and 1 day per week in Waregem.

Responsabilidades

• Design and maintain security architectures to ensure systems and networks are resilient against threats.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and develop mitigation plans.
• Oversee security monitoring, incident response and investigations to detect breaches quickly.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and standards (GDPR, ISO 27001, NIST) and manage certifications.
• Contribute to security awareness and training programmes for employees.
• Assess and manage security risks related to external suppliers and partners.
• Define security policies and report to management on security level and incidents.
• Comply with company safety rules and energy conservation guidelines.
