Jobtailor is seeking a senior finance professional in Belgium to own forecasting of transactional currency impacts and P&L analysis. You will partner with MTPO, FP&A and Treasury to deliver insights on currency movements and risks, and present driver-based decks to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance/Economics with at least 5 years of relevant experience
• Strong finance, accounting, and business insight
• MBA, CPA, CMA or other financial certifications preferred
• Solid grasp of hedging principles, hedge accounting and inventory accounting preferred
• Supply Chain experience preferred
• Excellent communication to translate insights to audiences
• Ability to engage with senior leaders in a dynamic environment
• Strong business partnering skills and ability to collaborate in a virtual matrix environment
• Strong analytical skills, intellectual curiosity, and proven leadership skills
• Continuous improvement mindset
• Ability to combine a helicopter view with deep dives when needed
• Ability to work independently, manage complexity and handle several tasks simultaneously
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office
• Ability to solicit feedback on organizational health and implement improvements; remove barriers to success

Responsabilités

• Forecast transactional currency impacts for budgeting, forecasting and actuals
• Deliver financial analyses on full P&L transactional currency impacts
• Present management decks with driver-based commentaries on currency movements to MTPO, FP&A, Group Finance and Senior Leadership
• Foster business partnerships with MTPO, E2E Business Unit Finance Teams, Inventory, Group Finance, FP&A, Treasury, and Currency Management Centers of Excellence
• Provide training on transactional currency impact principles
• Co-lead the change from TM1 FX to SigniFX tools
• Collaborate with the SigniFX project team on future-state tools and processes
• Identify and implement process improvements, simplification and standardization within Currency Management COE and MTPO processes
