CapsLock, a global IT marketing company, is seeking a Senior CRO Copywriter to craft persuasive, conversion-focused copy across landing pages, ads, and video scripts, driving marketing performance for European campaigns.

You'll collaborate with Marketing, Creative, and Testing teams, research audiences, run structured A/B tests, and continuously optimize messaging to improve conversion metrics in a fully remote role.

Responsabilités

• Create conversion-focused copy for cold-traffic campaigns across landing pages, paid ads, video scripts, advertorials, forms, CTAs, and other funnel assets.
• Research products, customers, competitors, markets, and advertising trends to identify new messaging opportunities.
• Develop compelling headlines, hooks, offers, value propositions, benefits, and creative angles, translating technical product features into clear customer-focused messaging.
• Ensure advertising claims are accurate, supportable, and compliant with client and platform requirements.
• Create meaningful copy variations for structured A/B testing, analyze performance, and continuously iterate based on results.
• Identify successful copy concepts and adapt them across similar clients, products, and industries.
• Collaborate in brainstorming sessions with Marketers, Designers, Video Editors, Media Buyers, and other team members.
• Use AI tools in the copywriting workflow to improve research, ideation, analysis, and production efficiency.
