Job summary

Falcon Green in Belgium seeks a Project Director to take full responsibility for delivering multiple major construction projects. You will lead across operations, commercial, engineering and site teams, ensuring safety, on-time delivery, budget control and high-quality outcomes.

The role requires strong leadership, exceptional client-facing skills and a track record of managing multiple project teams on large international projects. Belgian/EU eligibility is required.

As Project Director, you'll take full responsibility for the successful delivery of multiple projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You'll provide strategic leadership across operations, commercial, engineering, and site teams while managing project financial performance and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery of multiple large-scale construction projects.
• Full P&L responsibility, budgets, forecasting and commercial performance.
• Drive programme, quality, health & safety and project delivery.
• Lead and mentor Project Managers, Operations Managers and site teams.
• Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Identify project risks and implement effective solutions.
• Promote continuous improvement, innovation and sustainability initiatives.

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience delivering major construction projects in a senior leadership role.
• Strong commercial and financial management experience.
• Excellent leadership and client-facing skills.
• Track record of successfully managing multiple project teams.
• Experience with Tier 1 main contractors or large international projects is highly desirable.

Candidates must have Irish/EU citizenship or full eligibility to work within Europe.
