BDO Belgium is seeking a Senior Consultant for its Strategy & Transformation Team to guide clients through transformation journeys in the telecommunications sector. You will analyze processes, identify improvements, and lead workshops to enhance customer experience and prepare for digital transformation.

Qualifications

What do you bring to the table?

We're looking for someone who:

• Holds a master's degree in Engineering, Management, or Economics.
• Has 2-5 years of experience as a consultant and/or in the telecommunications sector, with knowledge of sector-specific products and industrial processes.
• Possesses native-level proficiency in Dutch or French, with very good knowledge of the other language, and a profound understanding of business English.
• Is eager to learn, proactive, and thrives on new challenges.
• Has a strong ambition to drive impactful change and make a difference.
• Excels in stakeholder management and works well both independently and as part of a team.
• Can work autonomously while being a strong team player.
