Job summary

EY’s Senior Consultant in People Consulting (Financial Services) focuses on HR transformation and workforce strategy. You will partner with HR and business leaders to shape transformation programs, address skills gaps, and explore AI-enabled changes in work design.

The role includes facilitating workshops, building client relationships, and contributing to business development within EY’s multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of relevant experience in HR, people transformation, change management or consulting.
• Strong HR knowledge and understanding of workforce challenges and trends.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a client-oriented mindset.
• Fluency in English; French and/or Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive HR and workforce transformation projects, from strategy and design through implementation and adoption.

Key responsibilities

As a member of the People Consulting team, you will:

• Drive HR and workforce transformation projects, from strategy and design through implementation and adoption.

Skills and Attributes for Success

• 2–6 years of relevant experience in HR, people transformation, change management or consulting, with expertise in areas such as talent management, L&D, organizational design, HR technology, rewards, HR generalist or related fields.


• Strong HR knowledge and understanding of workforce challenges and trends.


• Strong interest in AI and its impact on organizations, workforce, and HR. Experience with AI-enabled transformation is an asset.


• Experience engaging stakeholders and facilitating workshops with different levels of seniority.


• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a client-oriented mindset.


• Adaptability and flexibility to work in a fast-paced consulting environment.


• Excellent command of business English and fluency in French and/or Dutch.
