EY is seeking a Senior Consultant / Manager in People Consulting to help clients transform their HR and workforce functions. You will work with HR and business leaders to address talent, skills and organizational challenges in an era of AI-driven change.

You'll lead projects from strategy through implementation, design change programs, facilitate workshops, and build strong client relationships across EY's multidisciplinary teams, contributing to growth and innovation.

Qualifikationen

• 2–6 years of experience in HR, people transformation, change management or consulting.
• Strong HR knowledge and understanding of workforce challenges and trends.
• Interest in AI and its impact on organizations, workforce, and HR.
• Experience engaging stakeholders and facilitating workshops with different levels of seniority.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced consulting environment.
• Fluency in English; French and/or Dutch is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive HR and workforce transformation projects, from strategy and design through implementation and adoption.
• Partner with HR and business leaders to address workforce, talent, skills and organizational challenges.
• Support clients understand and address the impact of AI on work, workforce and HR, identifying opportunities for automation and human‑AI collaboration.
• Design and implement change and adoption approaches, including stakeholder engagement, communications, learning and leadership enablement.
• Facilitate workshops and translate complex people challenges into actionable recommendations and solutions.
• Build trusted client relationships and collaborate across EY’s multidisciplinary teams.
• Contribute to the growth of the People Consulting team through knowledge sharing, team development, and business development activities, including proposals, client pitches, and new solutions.

Skills And Attributes For Success

• 2–6 years of relevant experience in HR, people transformation, change management or consulting, with expertise in areas such as talent management, L&D, organizational design, HR technology, rewards, HR generalist or related fields.
• Strong HR knowledge and understanding of workforce challenges and trends.
• Strong interest in AI and its impact on organizations, workforce, and HR. Experience with AI-enabled transformation is an asset.
• Experience engaging stakeholders and facilitating workshops with different levels of seniority.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with a client-oriented mindset.
• Adaptability and flexibility to work in a fast‑paced consulting environment.
• Excellent command of business English and fluency in French and/or Dutch.
