Orphoz, a McKinsey company, Brussels office, is seeking professionals to drive business transformation programs in the private sector. You will support the implementation of change initiatives, manage workstreams, and coach client teams to ensure sustainable outcomes.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in PMO project delivery within consulting, with strong facilitation skills and fluency in English and Dutch. French is a plus in this multilingual environment.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in engineering or business administration.
• 3+ years of experience delivering projects in a PMO, preferably in consulting, within transformation/change programs.
• Desirable: Agile, Scrum, Prince2, Lean Six Sigma, Jira.
• Experience at management level with ability to hold workshops and coaching sessions.
• Ability to thrive in a flexible, agile consulting environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• English and Dutch proficiency mandatory; additional languages such as French are highly preferred.

Your Impact

You will work largely in the private sector and concentrate on managing business transformation projects.

In this role, you will support the implementation of business change programs to ensure that they are delivered fully and consistently across organizations. You will implement transformation projects across sectors, ensuring long-term project success.

You will manage workstreams largely independently with the support of a project manager. As you gain experience, you will gradually assume responsibility for delivering parts of the projects yourself. You will lead more junior consultants in your project or workstream and successfully hold client meetings and workshops to achieve the project's objectives. You will drive change and execute initiatives successfully, coaching clients across organizations.

You will be based in our McKinsey Brussels office as part of Orphoz, working closely and in partnership with clients’ senior management and their specialist departments.

Your Qualifications and Skills

• Advanced graduate degree with strong academic background required, ideally in engineering or business administration
• 3+ years of experience in project delivery in a project management office (PMO) preferably in consulting, in the context of implementation/transformation/change management projects, change management
• Qualifications including Agile, Scrum, Prince 2, Lean Six Sigma, and Jira are desirable
• Initial experience at management level and ability to hold workshops and coaching sessions
• Enjoying flexibility and agility that is required in a consulting environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English and Dutch is mandatory. Additional languages, such as French, are highly preferred
