Sailpeak, a Brussels-based consulting firm, seeks a Consultant to guide Banking & Insurance clients through digital transformation. You’ll translate roadmaps into clear requirements, and act as the bridge between business and AI/tech teams to ensure delivery.

You bring 4+ years as a Business Analyst/Consultant, with experience deploying and scaling AI solutions, and strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills. Fluency in English and French/Dutch preferred.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst/Consultant.
• Experience deploying and scaling AI solutions (e.g., chatbots, VAs, speech-to-text, digital assistants).
• Solid skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, and gap analysis.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Translate the Product Roadmap into clear business requirements, user stories, and functional specs.
• Act as the bridge between business and AI/tech teams, ensuring alignment and smooth delivery.
• Document and optimize process flows, workflows, and functional specifications, identifying opportunities for automation and AI integration.
• Improve business processes by spotting inefficiencies and proposing AI-powered solutions.
• Work closely with stakeholders to align priorities, manage expectations, and track progress.
• Support testing, rollout, and adoption of new digital and AI-enabled solutions.
• Provide insights and reporting on performance, KPIs, and adoption metrics to guide decisions.
• Demonstrate a proactive commitment for long-term transitioning into a management or leadership role.

About the Role

We are looking for a Consultant with 4+ years of experience, working on AI-related projects to join our growing team.

You will be working on some of the most challenging and impactful projects across our banking and financial services clients. You will contribute to internal initiatives focused on AI solutions to expand the company’s offering.

Fluency in English and French/Dutch

• Experience with Scrum or Agile methods is a great plus for us.
