Job summary

Agilité is seeking a Construction Site Manager to lead high‑value space refurbishment and construction projects across retail, offices, and hospitality in Belgium and Europe. This newly created role supports Agilité’s expansion and empowers you to drive quality, deadlines and client experience on site.

You will be the technical reference on site, coordinating teams, subcontractors and suppliers, and representing the company while ensuring HSQE compliance and seamless project delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture or Building Engineering.
• Minimum of 4 years in office, retail, hotel and/or hospitality construction projects.
• Strong negotiation, budget, and deadline management skills.
• Proactive profile with technical vision and aesthetic sensibility for unique spaces.
• Fluent in English with proficiency in at least one additional European language (French, German, Spanish, Italian or Dutch).

Responsibilities

• Planning and supervision of work.
• Participate in elaboration, management and follow-up of schedules (purchase, deliveries, works, reserves).
• Verify execution plans, prepare and organise the construction site (resources, storage, access, authorisation requests, utilities).
• Coordinate works and interventions of all subcontractors and lead on-site progress meetings.
• Ensure link between project actors and reflect remarks from control bodies.
• Ensure compliance with HSQE and ISO requirements.
• Identify and correct defects or non-conformities in work execution.
• Establish reserves lists at reception operations.
• Write site reports for packages under your responsibility.
• Lead lifting of reserves/snags within allotted timeframes.
• Establish progress reports with third parties (subcontractor, architect, client).
• Analyse customer requests, needs, risks and opportunities.
• Analyse technical characteristics of work/product and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Continually review opportunities to enhance B-Corp status.
