Robert Half Talent Solutions is seeking a Senior Lawyer (Counsel / Partner level) in Brussels with a strong Construction Law background. You will lead strategic development, advise clients on high-stakes disputes, and mentor lawyers while expanding the practice in the French-speaking market.

A leadership role with significant client exposure awaits. You will combine top-tier legal expertise with business development to shape the firm's Construction practice in Brussels and strengthen client

Qualifications

Master's degree in Belgian Law; LL.M. in Real Estate, Construction Law or related field is a strong asset.
Minimum 10 years of experience as a lawyer with construction law expertise.
Extensive litigation and dispute-resolution experience in construction law.
Ability to handle sophisticated client matters autonomously.
Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in developing a practice and client relationships.
Desire and ability to lead, mentor and develop a team; people management is an asset.
French native (or equivalent) with excellent English and good Dutch.
Strong commercial awareness and relationship-building skills.
Credibility, leadership and ability to act as trusted advisor to senior decision-makers.

Responsabilités

Advise clients on complex dispute resolution and litigation in construction projects and public procurement.
Advise contractors, developers, public authorities and investors on contracts, regulation and risks.
Develop and expand the construction practice in the French-speaking Belgian market.
Manage and grow client relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Increase firm visibility through publications, conferences and industry events.
Mentor, coach and supervise lawyers.
Contribute to leadership and strategic development of the practice.
