Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer in an EU jurisdiction.
• Strong competition law experience at a leading law firm.
• Experience across investigations, behavioural, merger control, FDI and FSR.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.
• Ability to build internal and external networks.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on merger control matters.
• Advise on EU Foreign Subsidies Regulation (FSR) and FDI matters.
• Represent clients before the European Commission and regulators in competition investigations and market studies.
• Advise on State Aid matters.
• Develop business with international clients and opportunities.
