Confidential law firm in Brussels is seeking an ambitious associate to advise multinational clients on EU and international competition law, including merger control, investigations and litigation. You will work closely with cross-border teams and gain exposure to top authorities and high-profile matters.

Applicants should have 2–5 years of Antitrust & Competition experience, be fluent in English, and hold EU Bar Membership.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in Antitrust & Competition.
• Fluent in English.
• EU Bar Membership.
• Experience with clients in the technology sector is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Advise clients on EU and international competition law.
• Assist on merger control files, including complex cross-border transactions and regulatory proceedings.
• Contribute to competition investigations, including cartel, price-fixing and abuse of dominance cases.
• Work on competition litigation matters, from damages claims to competitor actions, class actions and administrative proceedings.
• Support clients facing action from competition authorities, including dawn raids and enforcement proceedings.
• Draft legal research, submissions and memoranda.
• Collaborate with international teams on multi-jurisdictional files.
