VS Consulting Group in Brussels is seeking a Senior Community Manager to lead a growing network of finance executives. You will design and execute the community growth and engagement strategy, onboard members, and foster peer learning, thought leadership, and networking opportunities.

You will host executive roundtables, webinars, and events, curate finance-focused content, manage sponsor relationships, and track ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or Finance or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in community management or executive engagement.
• Experience managing professional or executive networks.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent presentation skills with C-level stakeholders.

Responsabilités

We are hiring a Senior Community Manager - to join our team in Belgium!

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Community Manager to lead the growth, engagement, and value creation of an exclusive network of finance executives. The role is responsible for building a highly engaged executive community that fosters peer learning, thought leadership, networking, and professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the community growth and engagement strategy.

Who we look for :

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in community management or executive engagement.
• Experience managing professional or executive networks.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Good communicator, you express yourself fluently in French, Dutch, and English
• MS office (Excel, Power point, word), CRM, AI (Claude, ChatGPT,..), Youtube, Instagram; LinkedIn
• Excellent presentation skills since you are dealing with C-level stakeholders
• Very strong interest for finance related topics
• Team player, able to work effectively with all stakeholders (internal and external)
