ARHS Group is seeking an experienced Performance/Resilience Test Engineer to join a major European Agency project. You will design, execute, and analyze non-functional testing to ensure performance, capacity, scalability, and reliability in cloud-native, distributed environments.

You will collaborate with architects, developers, QA, DevOps, and stakeholders to identify bottlenecks, propose improvements, and implement testing standards and best practices across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of professional experience in non-functional testing and performance engineering.
• Proven experience designing and executing performance, scalability, and resilience testing activities.
• Experience working within Agile software development and testing environments.

Responsabilités

• Create and maintain non-functional test plans and validate them with project leaders.
• Define and implement end-to-end non-functional testing strategies.
• Plan, prepare, execute, and analyze non-functional testing throughout the software lifecycle.
• Design, develop, and maintain performance test scripts using JMeter or Gatling.
• Prepare, manage, and maintain performance test environments and data.
• Execute and monitor Load, Stress, Endurance, Capacity, Resilience, and Recovery tests.
• Analyze resource utilization and identify bottlenecks; provide root-cause analysis.
