Job summary

Fincons Group in Brussels is seeking an Advanced Cloud Solutions Architect to lead cloud architecture, design and migration projects across hybrid environments. You will apply FinOps practices, implement security governance (GDPR, Zero Trust), and collaborate with development teams on cloud-native applications.

The role requires a Master’s degree with extensive experience and fluent English. Brussels office with occasional onsite presence as needed during contract execution.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 10+ years of experience or 17 years of equivalent expertise.
• Strong experience in cloud platforms and hybrid infrastructure.
• Proven DevSecOps and CI/CD expertise.
• Knowledge of GDPR, Zero Trust, RBAC and cloud governance.
• Excellent documentation and stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to participate in multilingual meetings.

Responsibilities

• Lead cloud architecture design and migration projects across hybrid environments.
• Optimize cloud operations, performance, FinOps, and cost control.
• Ensure cloud security, governance, and regulatory compliance (GDPR).
• Collaborate with development teams on cloud-native applications and tooling.
• Develop and implement disaster recovery and RTO/RPO plans.
