EUROPEAN DYNAMICS Group is seeking an Operations Engineer based in Brussels, fluent in English, to join our Development team. You will architect secure, interoperable solutions and integrate applications with infrastructure to achieve scalability and efficiency.

You will develop robust, vendor-agnostic data platforms for AI/ML workloads, optimise multi-cloud environments, and design structured MLOps pipelines from development to serving. Excellent English is required.

Qualifications

• University degree in IT and 10+ years of professional IT experience.
• Expertise in containerisation and orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes for scalable deployments.
• Experience with distributed systems in hybrid cloud environments and network policy management.
• Extensive experience with relational and non-relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, OpenSearch, MongoDB).
• Proficiency with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana) and alerting.
• Knowledge of security testing tools (OWASP, SonarQube) and secure coding practices.

Responsabilités

• Architect secure, interoperable solutions using standard frameworks and design patterns.
• Develop robust data platforms for AI/ML workloads and multi-cloud optimization.
• Design security architectures aligned with risk management and data protection standards.
• Continuously assess and optimize system performance and scalability with advanced metrics.
• Collaborate with AI developers, analysts, and IT operations to align architecture with business goals.
• Establish CI/CD pipelines using infrastructure-as-code and configuration management tools.
• Ensure seamless system integration and cross-platform compatibility through API design and interoperability testing.
