Job summary

EUROPEAN DYNAMICS Group in Brussels is seeking an Expert in AI/NLP/ML fluent in English to join the Development team. You will work on-site with a major client, shaping AI architectures and delivering production solutions using LLMs and vector databases.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, design robust cloud-based solutions, and drive end-to-end implementation, including CI/CD, security, and governance practices. The role demands deep AI expertise and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in IT or related discipline with substantial IT experience.
• 3+ years in LLMs: fine-tuning, prompting, evaluation and deployment.
• 2+ years LangChain or similar LLM orchestration frameworks.
• 2+ years Vector databases experience.
• 2+ years Python with Jupyter Notebooks.
• 2+ years AWS AI/data/cloud-native development.
• 1+ year MLOps incl. CI/CD and monitoring.
• 1+ year data engineering and archiving best practices.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes and security in AI/cloud deployments an advantage.
• Knowledge of IaC tools beyond AWS and GDPR/compliance concepts a bonus.
• AI/ML credentials (AWS, TensorFlow, CKAs) a plus.
• Excellent command of English.

Responsibilities

• Engage with Business stakeholders, organize workshops to gather requirements.
• Analyze archiving domain needs and translate into robust technical specs.
• Design AI- and cloud-based architectures that are secure, scalable, cost-efficient.
• Develop, test, and deploy solutions using LLMs, vector databases, LangChain.
• Build prototypes and production-ready services using Python and Jupyter Notebooks.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and knowledge transfer.
• Integrate solutions into existing data and archiving systems.
• Monitor, optimise, and support deployed solutions over time.
• Collaborate with Business, IT Infra, and Security teams for sustainability.
