Job summary

ICF is a global adviser delivering climate, environmental and energy policy insights across the EU and beyond. We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to join our Sustainable Finance, Climate and Biodiversity Policy practice in Brussels, with potential for Spain or London assignments.

You will support flagship projects, including EU policy design, evaluations and public-private stakeholder engagement, helping clients navigate decarbonisation and sustainable finance transitions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in climate policy at EU level.
• Experience delivering public policy projects and evaluations.
• Master's degree in climate or environmental sciences or related field.
• Fluency in English with strong writing skills.
• Strong qualitative and quantitative analysis capabilities.
• Stakeholder engagement with public authorities and the business/finance community.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects for public and private clients.
• Manage projects and lead discrete tasks and activities.
• Provide robust qualitative and quantitative analysis and translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Engage with stakeholders through surveys and consultations.
• Support thought leadership and development of new service offers for clients.
