Vulcain Engineering Group Belgium seeks a Clean Utilities Engineer to support a major pharmaceutical capacity expansion. You will design, implement and commission clean utility systems (PW, WFI, Clean Steam, gases, clean air) and coordinate with multiple teams from concept through start-up.

The ideal candidate holds a master's in engineering, has 6+ years in pharma/Life Sciences, is fluent in English with Dutch or French, and understands GMP.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years of pharma/Life Sciences experience.
• Strong Clean Utilities expertise in GMP environments.
• Knowledge of PW, WFI, Clean Steam, Process Gases and Clean Compressed Air.
• Experience with CAPEX projects and facility expansions.
• Experience with commissioning, qualification and validation activities.
• Excellent communication; fluent in English and Dutch or French.

Responsabilités

• Design, implement and commission clean utility systems for pharma production.
• Support CAPEX and facility expansion projects.
• Coordinate contractors and project teams through design to start-up.
• Ensure GMP compliance and qualification activities.
• Review P&IDs and engineering deliverables.
