Vulcain Engineering Group | Belgium is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to uphold reliability, availability and performance of production equipment and utilities within a pharma setting.

You will coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance, manage external providers and ensure GMP, HSE and site procedures are followed. Fluency in French and English is mandatory for collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanics, Industrial Engineering or related discipline.
• First professional experience in pharmaceutical/biotechnology environment required.
• Experience in maintenance activities, contractor management and GMP awareness.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment and utilities.
• Manage relationships with external suppliers, contractors and maintenance providers.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure GMP, safety and quality compliance.
• Support troubleshooting and root cause investigations to improve reliability.
• Participate in continuous improvement to enhance equipment availability and maintenance efficiency.
• Contribute to maintenance planning, spare parts management and documentation.
• Collaborate with production, quality and engineering for smooth maintenance execution.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with GMP, HSE and site procedures.
