ITS Group Benelux is seeking an experienced System Engineer specializing in Citrix and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure to join our infrastructure team in Belgium. The role focuses on Citrix environments, hosted virtual desktops, and printing services, with involvement in cloud migration and high-level support tasks.
You will manage CVAD/XenApp/StoreFront/Director, support HVD environments, handle enterprise printing, and contribute to cloud migration efforts.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of professional IT experience
- Fluent in English; French and/or Dutch is a plus
- Experience with Citrix environments, VDI and cloud migration will be valued
Responsabilités
- Manage and maintain Citrix infrastructure (CVAD / XenApp / StoreFront / Director)
- Support Hosted Virtual Desktop environments
- Manage enterprise printing solutions (pull/roaming/direct printing)
- Provide 2nd/3rd level support and advanced troubleshooting
- Participate in migration of Citrix services to cloud solutions
- Assist application owners in cloud migration journeys
- Ensure lifecycle management, patching and capacity management
- Produce and maintain technical and user documentation
- Collaborate with teams in an Agile environment
