Job summary

Rhox is seeking a senior business change consultant to help teams adopt an Odoo-based platform for digital case management. You’ll focus on the human side of changing business processes, working practices and tools across stakeholder groups.

You’ll implement and monitor change management approaches, connect transformation concerns with the programme team, and coach operational teams to understand and adopt new tools and practices. Fluency in French (B2) is required.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on change management experience with tangible results.
• Familiar with PROSCI and Toscane Accompagnement certifications.
• Executive programme certification from a recognised business school.
• Experience with Agile and Lean Six Sigma.
• Applied knowledge of positive leadership and team mobilisation techniques.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor the agreed change management approach.
• Connect business teams' transformation concerns with the programme team.
• Help operational teams understand and adopt new tools and practices.
• Co-create transition tools focused on the human aspects of change.
• Adapt communication plans for internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate with delivery teams and report to the lead change manager.
