Job summary

digica is seeking a hands-on leader to take the Odoo practice in Belgium to the next level. You will drive end-to-end implementations, lead a growing team of consultants, and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

You’ll collaborate with senior leaders and developers, ensuring projects stay on track while expanding the practice’s footprint and capabilities. Proficiency in French and English is essential.

Qualifications

• Around 5 years of experience on Odoo (or ERP) projects.
• Ideally with some project or team management experience.
• Autonomous, takes initiative, and thrives in fast-paced environments.
• Fluent in French and English; Dutch is a real plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive Odoo implementations from scoping to go-live, managing timelines and budgets.
• Lead and grow the Belgium and Tunisia-based consultants and developers.

At digica, digital transformation is at the heart of what we do. Beside Management Consulting, we have an expertise in implementing Odoo-based ERP solutions. Our Odoo practice is growing and we are looking for the person who will take the lead, shape it and push it even further.

Your role

You’ll run our Odoo practice end to end, with one foot in projects, one in the team and one with our clients (yes, that’s three feet, that’s kind of the point):

Projects: you drive Odoo implementations from scoping to go-live, keeping timelines, budgets and quality on track.

Team: you lead and grow our consultants and developers in Belgium and Tunisia, making sure everyone moves in the same direction.

Clients: you’re their go-to person. You understand their business challenges, turn their needs into concrete solutions and build lasting, trusted relationships.

About you

Around 5 years of experience on Odoo (or ERP) projects, ideally with some project or team management under your belt

You’re autonomous, you take initiative and you don’t wait to be told what to do

You’ve got energy to spare, you thrive when things move fast and you don’t let go until the job is done right

You’re as comfortable in front of a senior leader as you are with a developer

Fluent in French and English (Dutch is a real plus)
