Société Générale Belgium is seeking a Senior Client Service Officer / CSAM to support cash management services development in the Brussels desk. You will monitor and ensure proper execution of cash management transactions and develop new business prospects in close collaboration with the network and related departments.

You will manage VIP clients, coordinate with Sales Managers for implementation projects, and work with Front/Back/Middle offices and Paris HQ to ensure seamless service, risk

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Banking, Finance, or a related field.
• Ideally at least a few years in Global Transaction Banking or cash management.
• Fluent in Dutch, English, and French.

Responsabilités

• Maintain VIP client relationships and be the main contact for service and support.
• Support GTB Cash Management team in country and coordinate with back office.
• Collaborate with product and risk teams to implement cash management solutions.
