In4Matic is seeking a senior business analysis professional to support transformation initiatives across core operational processes and digitalization. The role blends hands-on analysis with building internal capability, collaborating with business, IT, PMO, and strategy stakeholders.

Responsibilities span discovery through implementation and validation, with emphasis on structured, pragmatic guidance, requirements, and governance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business analysis within complex or public-sector environments.
• Ability to quickly understand a specific business context, ideally within the public sector or social security.
• Strong capability to structure and formalize requirements clearly and accessibly.
• Experience facilitating workshops and managing stakeholders.
• Background in coaching, mentoring, or training colleagues.

Responsabilités

• Gather, analyze, and challenge business needs from key stakeholders
• Review existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement, efficiency, quality, and automation
• Translate needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, specifications, and acceptance criteria
• Ensure alignment between business objectives, IT constraints, and strategic priorities
• Support prioritization and governance of initiatives
• Contribute to validation, testing, and deployment activities
• Facilitate workshops, scoping sessions, and validation meetings
• Manage dependencies and help resolve issues related to requirements understanding
