CAPAC is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support its transformation initiatives, focusing on unemployment benefit payments and digitalization. The role covers the full analysis cycle, from understanding business needs to supporting implementation, with emphasis on standards, best practices, and capability building.

The consultant will work in the ARC department, collaborating with business teams, IT, PMO, and Strategy to ensure consistency between business expectations and IT constraints

Qualifications

• Proven business analysis experience in complex or public environments.
• Mastery of business analysis techniques and methodologies.
• Ability to structure and formalize requirements clearly and accessibly.
• Experience in process requirements modelling and governance.
• Fluency in French and Dutch (active knowledge).
