In4Matic in Belgium is seeking a senior functional analyst to support a business-critical application initiative in public procurement. You will lead discussions with stakeholders, structure complex options, and guide decision-making efficiently.

The future platform will integrate with other systems in the educational policy domain, with potential use of an external test-delivery platform if it proves functionally and financially advantageous.

Qualifications

• Must be a senior functional analyst with experience on large, business-critical applications.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into clear specifications.
• Experience with requirement analysis and design in OO, multi-tier, web-enabled, and UML environments.
• Experience with web and mobile apps, including tablet use cases.
• Knowledge of data and process modeling techniques and tools.

Responsabilités

• Lead stakeholder conversations and facilitate quick, well-informed decisions.
• Translate business needs into clear specifications for a critical application.
• Map out solution options and present them concisely.
• Support definition of a solution spanning multiple systems.
• Prepare RFI and RFP documentation and business cases.
• Develop user stories and test scripts.
• Organize workshops and interviews with stakeholders.
• Provide objective support for product selection and make-or-buy assessments.
