Job summary

Antwerp Manufacturing Client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to drive a major transformation of ERP, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain processes in an Antwerp-based setting. The role focuses on standardising operating models, improving efficiency, and bridging business stakeholders with technical teams across multiple manufacturing sites.

• Experience analysing AS-IS manufacturing and supply chain processes.
• Ability to define TO-BE processes as part of a transformation programme.
• Strong skills in gathering requirements from manufacturing, supply chain, procurement and logistics.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and document current AS-IS manufacturing and supply chain processes.
• Define and document TO-BE processes as part of the transformation programme.
• Lead requirements gathering across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics and Operations.
• Facilitate workshops with business process owners and stakeholders.
• Identify gaps and opportunities for standardisation and improvement.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications.
• Support design and implementation of harmonised processes across sites.
• Collaborate with ERP teams and implementation partners.
• Support data migration, testing, UAT and go-live activities.
