DXC Technology Company in Belgium seeks a senior Business Analyst with 3–5 years of experience in functional analysis for core insurance software solutions, especially Life Insurance, to bridge business and IT teams from analysis to deployment.

You will gather requirements, translate into functional specs, run workshops, support testing and UAT, and help with change management, documentation and training in a multicultural project environment.

Formación

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar business analysis role.
• Good knowledge of Life Insurance products and processes.
• Experience on IT implementation or transformation projects.
• English proficiency; Dutch knowledge is an asset.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the main liaison between business stakeholders and IT delivery teams.
• Gather, analyse and document business requirements.
• Translate requirements into clear functional specifications.
• Facilitate workshops and requirement gathering sessions.
• Support testing activities including UAT and issue resolution.
• Contribute to project documentation, training and change management.
