Qualifications

• Fluency in Dutch; agile development and Atlassian tools (Jira/Confluence).

The role focuses on optimizing business processes and implementing data-driven solutions to enhance quality control and operational efficiency through advanced analytics.

• Analyze and optimize complex business processes (BPM) within an IT environment.
• Develop detailed data models and implement master data management strategies.
• Translate epics and features into actionable user stories for development teams.
• Manage diverse stakeholders to ensure project alignment and requirements gathering.
• Coordinate various project management aspects, including planning, cost estimation, and timing.
• Utilize PowerBI to generate insights and support data governance initiatives.

• You possess 8+ years of experience in general business operations applied to the IT field.
• You bring 3+ years of experience as a business analyst in complex environments.
• You have 2+ years of experience in project management, focusing on coordination and planning.
• You're experienced in data modeling and creating reports with PowerBI.
• You have practical experience with business process management (BPM) and optimization techniques.
• You're experienced in translating epics and features into User Stories.
• You're knowledgeable in Data Analysis, Master Data Management, and Data Governance.
• You've used SQL for data retrieval and analysis.
• You're familiar with Agile development and Atlassian Tools like Jira and Confluence.
• You are native in Dutch.
