The role focuses on GenAI, AI governance and wider transformation, working closely with Business, IT, Risk and Compliance teams.

You will gather requirements, manage scope and timelines, coordinate stakeholders, and drive projects from initiation to delivery, with senior stakeholders and steering committees.

Qualifications

• 12-month freelance engagement in insurance or financial services preferred.
• Experience delivering AI governance and transformation projects.
• Ability to gather and translate business requirements.
• Strong liaison with Business, IT, Risk and Compliance teams.

An insurance company is looking for a Freelance Business Analyst / Project Manager to support the delivery of key strategic projects across the business.

The role will focus on initiatives including Generative AI, AI governance and wider business transformation, working closely with Business, IT, Risk and Compliance teams.

Key focus:

• Deliver strategic GenAI and governance projects
• Gather and translate business requirements
• Manage project scope, timelines, risks and dependencies
• Coordinate stakeholders across Business & IT
• Drive projects from initial requirements through to delivery
• Support senior stakeholders and steering committees

Strong BA / Project Management background, ideally within Insurance or Financial Services, with exposure to AI, governance or transformation projects.
