DOKTERS VAN DE WERELD - MEDECINS DU MONDE in Brussels is seeking a Freelance Senior Brand Manager for Innovation to drive brand development and product innovation across our consumer brands. You will lead cross-functional projects from concept to execution, manage brand equity and guide packaging and labeling activities, collaborating with external agencies.

The ideal candidate has senior FMCG brand management experience, fluency in English and French (Dutch a plus), strong project leadership,

Qualifications

Senior experience as a Brand Manager in FMCG.
Strong expertise in brand management and brand equity.
Proven experience in product innovation and development.
Familiarity with Stage-Gate or similar innovation processes.
Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills.
Independent, proactive and detail-oriented.
Fluent in English and French; Dutch is a strong plus.

Responsabilités

Lead brand management and innovation projects from concept to execution.
Manage brand equity, positioning and strategic brand development.
Coordinate operational aspects of product launches, including packaging and labels.
Manage digital brand assets and coordinate processes with external agencies.
Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and ensure alignment across projects.
Monitor project timelines, deliverables and priorities independently.
Identify risks and anticipate next steps to ensure smooth project delivery.
