Job summary

Labcorp is seeking an onsite Senior Prevention Advisor, Biosafety Officer to join our new CMC facility in Mechelen, Belgium. You will lead EHS governance, oversee biosafety for contained use, and manage risk controls across laboratory and production environments.

You will coordinate regulatory interactions, maintain SOPs, and deliver EHS training while ensuring compliance with Belgian regulations and company standards. Fluency in Dutch and English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level science degree plus safety program experience.
• Belgian Level 2 Internal Prevention Advisor qualification required.
• Fluency in Dutch and English; strong document management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead EHS governance and culture at the Mechelen site.
• Coordinate biosafety activities, risk assessments and contained use (BSL-2) operations.
• Develop and maintain EHS policies, SOPs, KPIs and training programs.
• Support regulatory inspections and ensure compliance with CLP/REACH.
