Capgemini is recruiting a Senior Data Analyst & BI Engineer to shape data platforms and translate business needs into analytics. You will lead end-to-end data design, build data models and pipelines, and deliver actionable insights using SQL and BI tools for diverse clients.

You’ll collaborate with stakeholders, ensure data quality, and coach teammates. A background in Data Science or related field plus 3+ years in data/analytics is required, with strong English and Dutch or French language

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Data Science, Business Engineering, Computer Science, Information Management or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Data & Analytics, BI or Data Engineering.
• Strong SQL skills with experience on cloud platforms and BI technologies.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS or Google Cloud.
• Excellent communication with business and technical teams; English plus Dutch or French, willing to learn the other.

Responsabilités

• Take ownership of the design and implementation of end-to-end data solutions.
• Design, build and optimize data models, data flows and pipelines with SQL and BI tools.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Improve data quality, consistency and accessibility across systems.
• Develop reporting, analytics and BI solutions to support decision-making.
• Advise clients on data architecture, governance and best practices; share knowledge with colleagues and coach juniors.
