Pauwels Consulting is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to manage and automate complex Azure-based cloud infrastructure in a highly regulated public sector context. You will support development teams to ensure reliable, secure, and reproducible deployments in a hybrid work setting from Anderlecht.

The ideal candidate brings 8+ years in Azure, AKS, Terraform, and GitOps, with strong scripting skills and experience in monitoring tools. Certification and coaching aptitude are a plus.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of experience with cloud platforms focusing on Microsoft Azure, AKS, Azure Functions, and Logic Apps.
• 8+ years of experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, including state management and modularization.
• 5+ years of experience with containerization technologies including Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
• 5+ years of experience with CI/CD automation and version control using GitHub Actions and Git.
• 5+ years of scripting for automation using PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
• 3+ years of experience with cloud networking components including Azure Firewall, vWAN, VNets, and DNS.
• 3+ years of experience with monitoring and security tools such as Azure Monitor, Grafana, Key Vault, and RBAC.
• Native in Dutch or French with professional working knowledge of the other and good professional English.

Aufgaben

• Manage, automate, and secure Azure infrastructures using IaC.
• Support container platforms based on Kubernetes, Helm, and GitOps.
• Implement and monitor logging, alerting, and performance solutions for cloud environments.
• Maintain cloud network components, security configurations, and access management.
• Provide technical coaching and knowledge transfer within the team.
• Collaborate with stakeholders in an Agile environment to align security and compliance requirements.
• Analyze existing infrastructure to resolve configuration drift and optimize operational continuity.
