Sabena Engineering in Brussels is looking for a highly skilled aviation maintenance professional to manage daily micro-planning and ensure project milestones are met. You will work closely with team leaders and Project Managers to optimize resources and solve issues within the team.

Ideal candidates will have an engineering degree, at least 8 years of aircraft maintenance experience, and strong leadership skills. The role includes a competitive package and opportunities for skill development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years experience in aircraft maintenance.
• Solution oriented and stress resistant.
• Language skills in English and French and/or Dutch.

Responsabilités

• Manage daily micro-planning to ensure on-schedule progress.
• Set shift objectives and coordinate task execution.
• Contribute to macro-planning with the Project Manager.
