Idalko, based in Belgium, seeks an Atlassian Senior Consultant focused on Service Management to design and implement Jira Service Management solutions for diverse clients. You will translate complex processes into clear configurations and collaborate with both French and international teams.

You will guide clients through platform implementations, define workflows, and ensure governance and scalable service delivery while maturing incident, change, problem, and service requests processes.

Qualifications

Solid experience with Jira and Confluence (Cloud or DC).
Ability to analyze workflows and design configurations.
Experience leading projects and engaging with decision-makers.
Fluent in French; able to work in English with international colleagues.
Experience with Bitbucket, Bamboo, Forge, or scripting.
Hold Atlassian, ITIL, SAFe, or project management certifications.
Strong interest in process improvement or change management.

Responsabilités

Design and improve service management ecosystems using Jira Service Management and Atlassian tools.
Work with clients to modernize service delivery across organizations.
Guide clients through the implementation of service management platforms, define workflows and service catalogs.
Ensure SLA tracking and visibility for teams.
