Job summary

Select Tech in Belgium is seeking an Atlassian consultant to analyse client processes, translate requirements into Jira/Confluence solutions, and lead deployments from gathering to training. You’ll configure software, validate outcomes, and work with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience in Atlassian consultancy or IT service management.
• Experience gathering and analysing business requirements and translating them into practical technical or functional solutions.
• Hands-on experience with software implementation, configuration, customisation or functional consultancy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities
