Elia Group, located in Brussels, seeks an Asset Manager for Underground High-Voltage Cables to monitor asset health, manage risks, and define maintenance budgets. You will work with maintenance/engineering teams and oversee innovative monitoring deployments (DTS/RTTR, DAS, PD).

Your analyses will guide long-term network strategy and investments. You will build the health index, contribute to budgets, and share knowledge through training while collaborating with national and international groups.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in civil or industrial engineering (electrical/electromechanical).
• Strong English and local language skills.
• Interest in electricity and asset management.
• Ability to analyze technical details and financial context.
• Pragmatic, results-oriented and customer-oriented.
• Experience with maintenance teams.

Responsabilités

• Investigate maintenance situations and incidents.
• Analyze incidents and develop maintenance policies.
• Monitor and manage innovative cable monitoring systems.
• Prepare annual and multi-year maintenance budgets.
• Provide technical advice to departments.
• Represent Elia in national and international groups.
• Deliver training courses.
• Report on activities and proposals.
