Vector Synergy in Mons, Belgium, seeks a senior project planning specialist to ensure delivery across projects in a NATO Secret environment. You will support planning, scheduling, tracking and reporting activities and help maintain governance controls.

Role requires configuring MS Project and ServiceNow, managing information registers, metadata, and data quality, and advising on procedures and techniques for effective project controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7 years of relevant post‑related experience.
• 5–7 years supporting planning, scheduling, tracking, reporting, budgeting, presentations.
• 5+ years managing information registers, SharePoint content, data quality, metadata, records.
